Divide the Coefficients and Divide the Variables by subtracting the exponents

Simplify:  $\frac{18a^7\ -24a^6\ -\ 30a^5\ +12a^4}{6a^2}$  

 $\frac{18a^7}{6a^2}\ -\ \frac{24a^6}{6a^2}\ -\ \frac{30a^5}{6a^2}\ +\ \frac{12a^4}{6a^2}$
