Warm-up Worm down the 6th string

Start with your first finger on fret one of the sixth string and play the first four frets with the fingers of your left hand say the number of the fret

Move your first finger to the fifth fret and repeat

Move your first finger to the ninth fret and repeat

Go backwards back to the first fret

Repeat on the fifth string
