Mechanical Energy
Mechanical energy is produced by a moving object like engines, gears, locomotives and other mechanical devices. Machines possess mechanical energy.
Example is the sewing machine which works by stepping on the foot pedal.
Mechanical energy is very important. It makes our work easier, faster and help make things move.
Push cart enables us to carry and transport heavy things. It can also generate electricity like water turbine of the Maria Christina Falls in Iligan City.
