Our planets (First Lesson!)

This is our first Lesson on Quizziz! We will learn about our planets!

We have 8 planets in our Solar System!

• Mercury, 

•  Venus,

•  Earth, 

• Mars,

•  Jupiter,

•  Saturn, 

•  Uranus, and Neptune

Earth is the 3rd planet from the sun!

That's the planet we live on!

The first planet is Mercury!

The second Planet is  Venus!

(The same size as Earth, but spins the opposite way...)

The third planet is Earth!

(You already knew that.............................. Right?)

The fourth planet is Mars!

Scientists are trying to find life on Mars.....

The fifth planet is  Jupiter!

(Umm...)

The sixth planet is  Saturn!

(It has rings!)

The seventh planet is Uranus, 

(Poor thing, its the only planet that's crooked!)

The last one is  Neptune!

(Cold!)

All of these are orbiting around the sun!

Each time you look up to the sky and see a star you are looking at a sun in another galaxy. If you were on another planet looking back at our solar system, you would see our sun as a star.
