2

Let's remember together (Polygons)

The polygons are named according to the number of side they have.

3

Number of side ?= Polygons name

3 = Triangle

4 = Quadrilateral

5 = Pentagon

6 = Hexagon

7 = Heptagon

8 = Octagon

9 = Nonagon

10 = Decagon

4

Let's remember together (Polygons)

A convex polygon is a polygon which has no interior reflex angles.

Every pair of points inside a convex polygon can be joined by a straight line segment which remain inside the polygon.

A regular polygon has all sides of equal length and all angles of equal measure

11

Let's remember together (Polygon)

A tringle is :

Equilateral if it's side are all equal in length

Isosceles if at least two of it's side are equal in length

Scalene if none of it's side are equal in length

12

Let's remember together

A triangle is :

Acute angled if all of it's angles acute

Right angled if one of it's angles is right angle (90ْ)

Obtuse angled if one of it's angles is obtuse

14

Now let's know how we find x

For example :

The sum of the angles in triangle (180ْ)

The angle sum of triangle is 74ْ , 42ْ , xْ

First step is we add them together, which equal ( xْ + 116 = 180)

Then we subtract 116 from both side

X = 64

15

Let's know how to find Y

The exterior angles of triangle is ( y , 80 , 125)

First we add Y + 80 = 125

Then we substract 80 from both side

Y= 45

Use pay to find the circumference of a circle

Don't forgot pay = 3.14

A) Diameter 10 cm

C = pay D

C = 3.14 × 10 cm

C= 31.4 cm

B) Radius

C = 2 pay R

C = 2 × 3.14 × 2 m

C = 12.6 m
