The picture depicts the transformation of the city of Castellon in Spain over the course of 20 years starting in 2000.

Overall, what stands out from the maps is that the city has become more modern, with the appearance of the new shopping centre, transport and entertainment facilities. Another interesting point is that the university has remained unchanged.
