There are some ways to take care of our body keep healthy and clean.

  • Wear clean clothes.

  • Have a shower twice a day and comb or clean your hair regularly.

  • Do not share your personal items like toothbrush.

  • When you are reading a book please hold 30cm from your eyes.

  • The light in the room is good enough and comfortable.

  • Keep the distance in 2 Metres away from watching TV and 50cm from a monitor computer or gadget.

  • Rubbing eyes too hard.

  • Too close and too long watch tv and play gadget.

  • Cover your ears if you hear a loud sound.

  • Make sure the volume is comfortable when you are using a headphone

  • Do not put anything inside your ears and nose. Just clean them regularly to keep it clean and healthy.
