"No quiero lavarme el pelo." (I don't want to wash my hair.)
The "me" in the sentence above could be attached to the end of the infinitive, or it could go in front of the conjugated verb:
"No me quiero lavar el pelo."
The meaning of the sentence doesn't change. Both word orders are correct.

"El Sr. Bean puede vestirse en su carro." (Mr. Bean can get dressed in his car.) could be written:
"El Sr. Bean se puede vestir en su carro."
"Nosotros no queremos levantarnos temprano."
(We don't want to get up early.) could be written:
"Nosotros no nos queremos levantar temprano."
