When we look for a job, the first communication with the employer might be your application letters.

An application letter is very important because it gives a first impression to the employer. The competition among other applicants is sometimes tough, you have to make it outstanding.

The Parts of the letter:

(1) ... Name and address of the sender

(2) ... Date of the day

(3) ... Name and address of the organization

(4) ... Salutation

(5) ... Opening paragraph

(6) ... Body of paragraph ( in the picture, there are 2 paragraphs in the middle)

(7) ... Closing paragraph,

(8) ... Closure

INTERVIEW

This is the step that the applicant looks forward.

It means that his application letter has already given first impression , then the employer invites him to follow second step, such as having any kind of tests, or walking in interview
