• guaranteeing the smooth, goal-oriented and successful running of training activities, as well as the involvement of all participants in such a process

The Role of a Facilitator

• being neutral (keeping personal opinions out of the dynamics of the process)

• being a good observer

• encouraging

• maintaining a balance (between letting the group work on their own and assisting actively in order to avoid unnecessary detours and friction)
