What is greeting card?

Greeting card atau Kartu ucapan adalah teks singkat berupa pesan yang terdiri dari doa dan harapan. Greeting card biasanya dikirimkan kepada seseorang yang sedang merayakan sebuah acara atau sedang mengalami suatu kejadian/peristiwa. 

Kinds of greeting cards

• Birthday card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang yang sedang merayakan ulang tahun

• Thank you card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang untuk mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih

• Get well card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang yang sedang sakit berisi harapan agar dia lekas sembuh.

• Congratulation card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang untuk memberikan selamat atas keberhasilannya.

• Mother's day card => dikirimkan kepada semua ibu yang sedang merayakan hari ibu.

• Graduation card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang untuk memberikan selamat atas kelulusannya.

• Condolence card => dikirimkan kepada seseorang yang berisi bela sungkawa atau musibah

Generic Structure of Greeting Card 

• Receiver => nama penerima.

• Body => biasanya bagian ini berisi tulisan yang menarik dengan dilengkapi beberapa unsur berikut : Quote, Picture dan Expression

• Sender => nama pengirim
