What is Conditional Sentence?

Conditional sentences are statements discussing known factors or

hypothetical situations and their consequences. Complete conditional sentences

contain a conditional clause (often referred to as the

if-clause) and the consequence.

What will you do if you are sad?

If I have much money, I will be very happy (type 1)

If I had much money, I would be very happy (type 2)

If I had had much money, I would have been very happy (type 3)
