  • Sound buying program is based on the principle: Buy goods that will meet the needs and satisfaction of the consumers or buyers.

  • The right quality - is usually dictated by the price. High-quality products are bought at higher prices than low-quality ones.

  • Right quantity- depends on how much is needed by the customer at one time at a certain period of time.

  • Right time- enables the seller or retailer to buy goods when there is a great supply from the manufacturers, producers, and wholesalers.

  • The salesperson must be physically and mentally healthy fit to carry his/her duties.

  • He/she must come to work cheerfully as always.

  • He must be initiative ( working without being told, cheerfulness ( facing customers with a smile), courtesy ( treating each customer with respect) and etc.

  • The salesperson should be at least a high school graduate to ensure a background of general education in all fields.

  • A pleasing personality that can easily attract people.
