How to make novel apple pudding

Ingredients

• 4 green apples, peeled, cored and thickly sliced

• 1/4 cup / 45 gr self raising flour, sifted

• 60 gr butter margarine, cubed

• 1/2 cup caster sugar

• 300 ml water

Method

• 1. Placed apple in a heat-proof dish, place four in a bowl, Rub in margarine with spatula

• 2. Stir in sugar and water, pour over apple

• 3. Baked for 1 hour until syrupy and golden. Serve warm with cream or ice cream
