Locating the Operating System

Let's take a look at how to locate which Operating System the customer is using.

For Windows-based Computers (below Windows 10)

• Click the Start button on bottom left of the task bar .

• Locate and Right-Click “Computer” 

  or “My Computer” from the menu.

• Click “Properties”

• You’ll notice the OS version 

  (Windows 7, XP, 8, etc…) 

  and Service Pack version.
