WE USE THE VERB IN THE CORRESPONDING TENSE. FOR EXAMPLE:

OBJECT QUESTIONS

Object questions add extra information (when, where, with who...).

WE USE AUXILARIES IN THE QUESTIONS

For Example:

Paul went to a cafe and met with Ann yesterday.

When did Paul go to a cafe?

Who did Paul meet with?

Where did Paul go?

Write subject questions for the questions.
