What all we know about the inner planets
They are terrestrial planets.
They are made of rocky material.
Mercury is the nearest planet to the sun.
Venus is the brightest planet and the hottest planet.
Earth is the only planet that has life, the only planet with water, and has one big natural satellite moon.
Mars has two moons, and it has iron oxide.

It is sometimes called a “mini solar system” because of its numerous moons, around 67 and several rings.
It is a gas giant, meaning it is mostly made of gases.
It is the largest planet.
It is the fastest spinning planet in the solar system.
It is the fifth planet from the sun.
It is an outer planet.
JUPITER
21
Red spot- the size is approx - where two to three earths can fit in.
INTERESTING FACT
22
It is the second-largest planet after Jupiter.
Saturn is made mostly of gases. It has a lot of helium. This is the same kind of gas that you put in balloons. It is also a Gas giant.
SATURN
6POSITION
Outer planets have rings. Saturn's rings are the only ones that can be seen from Earth. Its beautiful rings are not solid. They are made up of bits of ice, dust and rock, caused by super-fast winds. All you need is a small telescope.

URANUS
SEVENTH POSITION FROM THE SUN
Uranus is very Blue in color due to the large amounts of methane gas it contains.
Uranus has a very large and rocky core at its centre.
Uranus has 27 moons in total.
Uranus has 13 rings.
It was the first planet found with the aid of a telescope
It is the third-largest planet.
25
In the Solar System, it is the fourth-largest planet.
The eighth and farthest known Solar planet from the Sun is...
NEPTUNE
Like Uranus, it is also very blue in colour due to the large amounts of methane gas it contains.
26
What all we have learnt about the outer planets
These are gas giants.
These are made of gases and we cannot stand on them.
We know their position in the solar system.
Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system.
Saturn is the second-largest planet after Jupiter and it has rings which we can see with the help of a telescope.
Uranus is the third-largest planet and it is in the seventh position.
Neptune is the last planet in the solar system and it is the fourth largest planet after Uranus
