Capital letters are used for:

1) The first letter of the first word in a sentence.

Exomple:

There is a lion.

Remember this!

  • The capital letter cannot be used in the middle of a sentence unless it is for a proper noun.

  • The word after an exclamation mark must start with a capital letter.

  • Example: 

    Faster! faster! run! run! [Wrong]

    Foster! Foster! Run! Run! [Correct]
