Class Officers

Under normal conditions,  classes have Officers. This is good training for leadership and developing a sense of responsibility for students. As suggested, in Education in the New Normal we should maintain this structure.

Class Officers can aid the Advisers by:

  *facilitating info dissemination, 

  *helping when a teacher presents a lesson, 

  *checking of attendance or 

  *taking the class picture during online classes to check attendance; and

 *other tasks that may be delegated that will not be to the detriment of the officer-student.

Grade 11 Council

Also, the Grade 11 Council needs to be organized.  What is the Grade 11 Council? This is the body of Grade 11 class representatives from which the  Strands Representatives will be selected. The Grade 11 Strand representatives will have seats in the UASHS Supreme Student Council.
