Student Expectations
Access to Google Classroom
Access to Internet
Each student is expected to arrive on time, bring appropriate materials to class each day (a good attitude, chromebook, pencil, etc.), behave in an appropriate manner, copy down the assignments for the day, and complete each assignment on time. Assignments are due at the beginning of class on the due date.
Important Note: This syllabus, along with course assignments and due dates, are subject to change. It is the student’s responsibility to check our course Google Classroom site for corrections or updates to the syllabus. Any changes will be clearly noted in course announcements.

In order to fully prepare students for the following course, students must fulfill the standards in the following units of study.

Grading Policy
Graded Course Activities:
Grading will be primarily focused on each unit. Each unit contains classwork or homework/ assessments, and projects. Projects will be more heavily weighed as they are a summative of the previous lessons.
Weighting of your overall grade is as follows:
35% Unit 1
35% Unit 2
30% Unit 3
Viewing Grades
Google Classroom and IC will be the most efficient way to check grades.

Late work Policy
Late assignments will be accepted for partial credit. In the case of an excused absence, previously assigned work will be due on the 1st day back to school, and assignments issued during the absence will be due based upon the number of days absent. You have the number of days you were absent to makeup absent work. In the case of an extended excused absence, individual arrangements will be made.
