Sam's incorrect work:

Compare your work to Sam's incorrect solution. What did he do wrong? Answer on the following Slide.
22
Multiple Select
Identify Sam's error(s). Select all that apply.
If Sam checked his work, he would find that 4817x60+53 equals 289,073, which is not the dividend.
Sam should have multiplied by 9 instead of 8 so he would subtract 540 instead of 480.
Sam forgot to add a zero to the end of his quotient since 60 can't go into 53.
When Sam subtracted 587-480, the remainder was 107. Since the remainder was bigger than the divisor, he should have multiplied with a larger number.
