When do we use Adverbs of Frequency?
We use these to show how often we do things or how often things happen.
We usually put an adverb of frequency after the verb be.
We usually put an adverb of frequency before most other verbs.

1. always - at all times
2. usually - a lot
3. often - many times
4. sometimes - occasionally, rather than all of the time
5. hardly ever - not often
6. never - not at all
