Conflict
An entire story revolves around a conflict.
Understanding conflict will help you understand why the characters behave the way they do.
There are 2 main types.
Internal- arguments or decisions inside of the character's head.
External- when the character has a conflict or struggle with forces outside of their control.

What is Internal Conflict?
It is a struggle that happens inside of the character's mind.
It can be a decision they have to make.
It can be a struggle they must overcome like self esteem or body images.
It can be a combination of different internal struggles.
