Well to be honest, though I love Ha Noi, there are indeed some things that I cannot stand/feel uncomfortable with. For example, the weather, it changes too drastically in such a short period of time and the temperature difference between only two days is sometimes so great that I cannot adapt to the change that fast. Hence, I often get environment allergies/suffer discomfort when the weather swifts that much.​

You should instead use:

• The main cause(s) ....
