​Questions 1 to 5 refer to the following narrative and incomplete context-level data flow diagram (DFD).

​When hiring a DVD, a customer tells the DVD shop assistant the name of the DVD s/he wants to hire. The shop assistant then tells the customer the DVD’s availability. If it’s available, the shop assistant tells the customer the amount due. After the customer has paid, the shop assistant tells the customer when the DVD is due back.

When the customer returns the DVD, the shop assistant records that the DVD has been returned. If there are fines, this is told to the customer.
