​Testudinadae includes turtles, terrapins and tortoises. You can find members in any body of water. Witch makes them very common. All are protected by bony carapaces. Most are large. But they can be small to most babies are the size of your hand. But adult Galapagos tortoises can grow bigger then a five year old. Turtles and terrapins have webbed feet

​Crocodillans include caimans, gavials, alligators and crocodiles. They’re secretive and sightings are fairly rare. Although they are common in some places they are still avoided. For good reason too. the American alligator has a bite force of a ton. And a black caiman will eat a five year old on sight. But overall alligators and crocodiles are pretty cool.
