Assalamualaikum and Good Morning Class..
Today we are going to learn more on Singulars and Plurals

Singular Nouns means there are only 1 thing, 1 person, 1 animal or even 1 place.
Example,
1. There is a book on the table.
2. There is a fish in the bowl.
3. There is a girl playing in the park.
4. There is a cat under the table.
5. There is a school in my neighbourhood.

Plural Nouns means there are two or more things, person, animals or places.
So we add "s" behind the words.
Example:
1. There are many sweets on the table.
2. There are two boys playing football.
3. She has ten cats at her house.
4. He like to buy things at different shops.

Some Plurals we need to add "es" "ies" "ves"
A. Words that ends with x or s or sh or ch or o we add es, example:
1. Box = boxes
2. Dress = dresses
B. Words that ends with y, we change the y into ies, example:
1. Baby = babies
2. Butterfly= butterflies
C. Words that ends with f or fe, we change the f or fe into ves, example:
1. wolf = wolves
2. knife = knives

There are many other plural we call them irregular plural.
Example,
1. mouse = mice
2. tooth = teeth
3. child = children
4. foot = feet
