​Canada is north of the United States. Even though it is bigger than the United States, there are a lot fewer people living there. There are 35 million people living in Canada. Both English and French are official languages in Canada.

​The capital of Canada is Ottawa. Other big cities are Montreal, Toronto, Quebec and Vancouver. The flag is red and white stripes, with a red maple leaf in the middle. It looks like this.
