4

Kasa Unit Inventory

Guests will often reach out with questions or concerns regarding the items in their Kasa. These inquiries may range from restocking requests to loving our towels so much they want to purchase their own.

The 🍽 Unit Stocking Guidelines page in ClickUp is a great resource to not only aid in restocking decisions but also provide details on items for guests with allergies or those who'd like to buy their own.

Take a look at the guide here

5

Unit Stocking Guidelines

This guide breaks stocking down first by room/area (ie. kitchen, bathroom) and then by item.

Each listed item will be noted with how many should be in the Kasa based on the size of the Kasa.

Restocking Requests

When to Restock:

  • Within 48 hours of check-in

Guest confirms they have checked all closets, drawers, cabinets, etc.

  • GX has confirmed items are missing based on the 🍽 Unit Stocking Guidelines page

7

Restocking Requests from Guests

Guests are welcome to report and request items to be restocked. We can direct guests to the "Help" section of their Virtual Front Desk to fill out the "Missing Item Form" or send them the #HK_Restocking_Form shortcut which includes a link to the form.

Once submitted, the form auto-toggles to HK Portfolio Support.

Restocking Requests from GX

If GX is planning to submit a restocking request we should start by acknowledging the guest and setting proper expectations. The #Restocking_Accept shortcut is a great way to do this.

Next, we will use the Breezeway Task Widget in the guest's Kustomer profile to submit the request to the Portfolio Team. Please ensure to assign the Breezeway Task note to the correct Portfolio Team [Kasa NorCal, Kasa Texas, etc.] and transfer it to the Portfolio Queue.

Item Sources + Details

Raise your hand if you have ever had a guest ask where we got our sheets, towels, or glassware. What about a question about materials in our pillows due to allergies? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

In addition to the information outlined before, the Product Sourcing Guide is a great resource for this as well. This guide lists out all of our products and a direct link to where the item was purchased. Details from the Product Souring Guide could provide key details like fabrics, ingredients, materials, and more! You can view the Product Sourcing Guide here:
