Storage is defined as a place for storing items or such items.

 A Storage Temperature is a temperature at which the product is safely stored without damaging or changing the character of the product.

Dry Storage  Dry storage refers to the storing of items which don't require in a cool place such as peanut butter, potato chips, rice, and canned goods and canned vegetables (such as canned corn or green beans) are items that do not require the need to be placed into a climate-controlled-- area.

Refrigerated Storage  Refrigerated Storage is defined as food that requires to be stored at a cool temperature (but not freezing temperature). These are foods that need to keep cool at all times. Such as meat, butter, cheese, fresh milk, yogurt, and eggs. Food that is to be refrigerated is to keep at 40ºF (40 degrees Fahrenheit) or 40ºC (40 degrees Celsius).

Frozen Food Storage  Frozen Food Storage is defined as food that requires to be stored at a freezing temperature. These are foods that need to keep frozen. Such as pork and chicken meat, ham. The freezer temperature should be 0ºC or 0ºF (-18ºC)
