She was​ هي كانَتْ

I was​ أنا كُنتُ

We were​ نحن كُنَّا

you (m.) were​ أنتَ كُنتَ

you (f.) were​ أنتِ كُنتِ

you (all) were​ أنتُم كُنتُم

He was​ هو كانَ

She was​ هي كانَتْ

They were​ هم كانوا

​كُنتُ في البيت

​Examples:

​I used to live in Miami.

​

​كُنتُ أسكن في مدينة ميامي.

​The students used to study in the library.

الطلاب كانوا يدرسون في المكتبة
