Reflexive Verbs in Spanish
It sounds difficult... but it is not necessarily like that.

2
Reflexive constructions
Consists of a reflexive pronoun and a verb.
In English, reflexive pronouns end in -self or -selves. For example: myself, yourself, ourselves.
In Spanish, reflexive pronouns are used with some verbs (called reflexive verbs) that reflect the action back to the subject of a sentence, meaning that the subject of the verb can also receive the action of the verb.
Example: Juan Carlos se levanta a las ocho.
3
En español
Reflexive verbs are identified by the pronoun -se attached to the end of the infinitive form of the verb.
To conjugate these verbs, use a reflexive pronoun (e.g. me) with its corresponding verb form (e.g., levanto), according to the subject of the sentence (e.g., yo)
4
Example with levantarse
Take notes of the subject and pronouns, these won't change. E.g. Always use me for yo, te for tú, and so on.
*Vosotros is a pronoun mostly used in Spain, the other 20 Hispanic countries don't use it. They use ustedes, instead.
