​The Black Tie affair insists that its' potential members will come to understand how the academic and social influences of this club will contribute to personal and academic advancement.

​HISTORY OF THE BLACK TIE AFFAIR GENTLEMAN CLUB....

​The Black Tie Affair is significantly a dress code that requires men to wear their best threads to a formal event. The attire consist of: White crisp dress shirt, black formal shoes, and a black tie. If an event invitation calls for a "Black Tie" attire, it is important for young men to dress professionally to show that they are able to confirm to the formality of the evening. Studies show that when a scholar dresses up they tend to stand out in a good way. The "Black Tie" is a fashion staple in every gentleman's wardrobe. The "Black Tie" event dress code implies importance, and requires a high amount of formal behavior.
