• ​One must complete the 10 Perfections in order to attain the Supreme bliss of Nibbana

• ​Our Gautama Buddha has completed all 10 paramithas during the Bodhisatva Period

• ​There are 3 levels of paramitha

• ​In order to fulfill paramitha, one must let go of 3 actions and complete 2 actions

​3 Levels of Paramitha

• ​Parami

  • ​To attain Arahath Buddhahood

  • Giving of regular items (cloths, food, shelter, etc)

  ​Upa-Parami

  • ​To attain Pacceka (Pase) Buddhahood

  • Giving of body parts (blood donation, kidney donation, etc)

• ​Paramatha-Parami

  • ​To attain Samma SamBuddhahood

  • Giving of Life

• ​Manaya - Ego

• ​Mitya Dhitti - False Beliefs
