​S + V1 + O

​

​They read a book.

​They do not read a book.

read = V1

​Do = kata kerja bantu / auxiliary verb

​

Verb 1 = they, we, I, you

​Pattern:

​S + V1 + s/es + O

​

​She reads a book.

​She doesn't read a book.

​Does she read a book?

​

​reads = V1 + s/es

​Does = kata kerja bantu

​

​Verb 1 + s/es = he, she, it

​Example:
