​What is hotel?

​Hotel is an establishment whose principal business is to provide accommodation facilities to legitimate travelers, as well as food, beverage, and occasionally recreational services on a fee basis.

​Types of Hotel

Resort Hotel​

A hotel, which has a pleasant scenery and provides food and beverage, valet, room, and recreational services.

Bed and Breakfast Hotel (B & B Hotel)

A hotel, which has few rooms about 20 to 30 rooms for the guests and the owner live there to serve a breakfast for the guests.

Casino Hotel

A hotel, which has gambling facilities and provides special restaurant, extravagant floor, and may offer charter flights for guests planning to gamble.

Conference Hotel

A hotel, which designed for handling group meetings. This hotel provides all services and equipment for handling meetings.

Time-share Hotel

A hotel, which involve individual or corporate owners who form an association and hire a management company to operate their units as a hotel or resort. This hotel provides bedrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Motel (Motor Hotel)

A hotel, which located in suburban or roadside area and designed for the guests who arrive by automobile. This hotel provides automobile parking near guestrooms.

Commercial Hotel

A hotel, which located in town center or business district and designed for business clients.

Airport Hotel

A hotel, which located near airport and designed for airline passengers with cancelled flights and airline personnel.

Suite Hotel

A hotel, which designed with separate bedrooms and living rooms. This hotel usually provides temporary living accommodation and complete with kitchenette and refrigerator.

Residential Hotel

A hotel, which designed for semi-permanent or permanent guests. This hotel usually provides sitting room, bedroom, small kitchenette, daily housekeeping service, a telephone service, a front desk, and uninformed service.

Floating Hotel (Cruise Ship)

A hotel, which floats on the seawater and cruises from one famous harbor to another. This hotel provides restaurants, swimming pool, theatre, pubs, gambling facilities, live music, etc.
