•The surah began with an oath of Allah by seven of His great creatures: the sun, the moon, daytime, night, heaven, earth and the human soul, that those who fear and obey Allah will succeed and prosper in this world and the Hereafter, and those who wrong and disobey will lose and become unhappy in both this life and in the life hereafter.
