One of the oldest civilizations in history, Egypt was known as the land of the pharaohs and the land of pyramids.

It is home to the world's largest river Nile and is surrounded by two seas - the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea. ​

Tutankhamen was just nine years old when he became the king but could only rule for 10 years. He passed away at a very young age of eighteen.

His tomb is most famous of all becuase it has mostly remained intact with lots of ancient treasure​ buried in it. Several things of gold along with a mask, bows and arrows, sandals, sweet scents, and scarab beetles were found in his tomb.
