Students can classify and sort out different objects into their own groups and count each of the items in each group.

​What skills are needed to master this standard?

Students should be able to classify and sort different objects based on the size, shape, color, and etc. into their own individual categories. Students should also be able to count, recognize, and write from numbers 1 through 30 or higher.
