People

The people in contact with our customers must have the right attitude - way off behaving, etc. - whether in our shops or in our call centres. They have to be helpful, well­ trained and highly informed abou(our products and highly motivated to sell them. They are the public face of the company, not only during the sales process but afterwards. Customers can come back with their phones to get more "training" from our sales assistants on how to use them. This after sales service is all part of the overall sales support.!

Process

This is the whole series of events from initial interest in our company's serv)ces, purchase of a phone, connection, invoicing, etc._ This should be as efficient - well-run, problem- free, etc. - as possible and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Physical evidence

Customers can see our phones in our shops or on our website, but they have to be convinced of the benefits of our service as a whole. Until they do, the service remains intangible - not visible. We provide physical evidence of services by giving in-store dlemonstrations of people using our phones, accessing the internet, etc.
