To talk about actions that we repeat every day, we use the present simple.

Let's talk a little about Adverbs of Frequency.
Adverbs of frequency are a very important structure to talk about our customs: usually, sometimes, seldom, always... it is important to know where to place them within a sentence. There are 3 options:
1. In most cases, the adverb of frequency goes between the subject and the verb:
I never watch TV before dinner.
2. With modal verbs and the verb to Be, the adverb is placed after the verb:
I'm often late for my drawing class.
3. Some adverbs of frequency, such as usually, sometimes, and occasionally, can also go at the beginning of the sentence:
Sometimes I go to bed at 2 am.

Now let's talk about Time Connectors
Connectors are very useful for joining sentences together and establishing relationships between them. When we talk about our daily routines in English, it is important to use time connectors to sequence the different actions.
