The overall planning coordination and control of a construction project from beginning to completion.​

Main aim to meet client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.​

The collection of activities, that are related or connected, for developing a product or a services.

A project ends when its objectives have been reached, or the project has been terminated.​

Setting out the roadmap for the project​

Phase 2: Planning

Involves starting up the project, by documenting a bussiness case, or setting up a project office​
