CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The overall planning coordination and control of a construction project from beginning to completion.
Main aim to meet client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

DEFINITION OF PROJECT
The collection of activities, that are related or connected, for developing a product or a services.
A project ends when its objectives have been reached, or the project has been terminated.

Setting out the roadmap for the project
Phase 2: Planning
Involves starting up the project, by documenting a bussiness case, or setting up a project office
Phase 1: Initiation
PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

Involves releasing the final deliverables to the costumer,handing over project and others.
Phase 4: Closure
Involves building the deliverables and controlling the project delivery, scope, costs, quality, risk and issues.
Phase 3: Execution

An extended period of time may be costly to the contractor, they must go through a demobilisation-remobilisation cycle and confront inflated labor and materials.
