When you are selling something to someone, wheather it is a product or a service, you have to pay attention to what the customer is telling you! And by repeating it back to them, they feel heard which will allow you to pitch the correct product and highlight the correct attributes of it!

Means, that you assume from the beginning that the sale is already closed. Don't ask questions that the client can answer with a NO, because they will, give him options where eather answers lead to closing a deal.

Instead of asking...

> Do you want the product? Would you like to buy it?

> Say things like, would you like to pay in cash or with credit card?

in the second answer, you assume he already likes the product, so weather they say cash or credit card, both will lead to the sale. ​
