What does it mean to be on call?

‘An ER physician triages the problem, stabilises the patient and hands them over to specialised doctors.’

On call Process

  • One engineer will be on call every week from each team. Everyone should be a part of the cycle.

  • A positive hand-off to be done for all bugs before the next period.

  • Each team can have their own process for deployments, updates, and anything else that might be necessary.

​You may not know everything initially but it is expected that it will be learnt after a few cycles
