Arguably the most popular animal, cats are often referenced in Internet memes and loved due to their cuteness and antics. It is no surprise then that animal lovers will go all out to adopt them and in many cases, feed stray cats.

Prophet Muhammad once said that "a good deed done to an animal is as meritorious as a good deed done to a human being, while an act of cruelty to an animal is as bad as an act of cruelty to a human being", teaching us to extend our kindness and humanity to animals. It is no surprise that many try to emulate his words into their life by being good with animals, such as feeding stray cats.
