The case

A group of kids are waiting in line with one adult at the front of the line.  Bob hits Jim with a backpack. Jim is hurt by this.  Jim gets angry and hits Bob back.  The adult sees Jim hit Bob.  Several of the other kids in line saw Bob hit Jim.
