Develop and distribute a survey to obtain entertainment broadcast feedack.
Analyze entertainment broadcast results, including consumer feedback, in order to evaluate the success of the project.

Can use the answers to learn what went well and what can be better.
Also learn who the customer is and what they look for in products or services.
