Objectives

You will be able to:

• Develop and distribute a survey to obtain entertainment broadcast feedack.

• Analyze entertainment broadcast results, including consumer feedback, in order to evaluate the success of the project.

How can a company find out what customers think about their stuff?

• Want to make it as easy as possible for the consumer.

• Include a variety of responses to choose from (rather than requiring written responses)​

Can use the answers to learn what went well and what can be better.

Also learn who the customer is and what they look for in products or services.​
