Technology brings more harm than good. Do you agree?
Thesis statement: Disagree POINT 1: health improvement POINT 2: improves communication
The world has seen so many changes as we went from relying on fire to illuminate the dark night to being able to travel to the outer space, thanks to technological advances. Those advancements however come with skeptics that are wary of the new technology and vilify them as even, Socrates once thought that books will cause “forgetfulness in learners’ soul”. Thesis statement: Disagree POINT 1: health improvement POINT 2: improves communication
Perhaps the best way we can see how technology brings benefit is by looking at its contribution towards advancing the medicine field. While it was very common for people in the olden days to die from child birth or even simple infection, the world’s life expectancy surged rapidly and this can be attributed to modern medicine. Moreover, many plagues and diseases that used to decrease human population are now almost extinct due to the invention of vaccine and medicine. Hence, this proves that technology brings more good as it had saved a lot of lives through medicine field.

Thesis statement: Agree, POINT 1:cheaper POINT 2: more convenient
Watching movies at home are more enjoyable as it is cheaper as at most, you only need to subscribe to a premium cable or the many streaming services that offer virtually unlimited movies and series to watch at a fraction of a movie ticket’s price. Moreover, unlike the exorbitant food prices sold in the cinema, one can save a lot of money by cooking or eating whatever food available at their own house. This shows why movies are better enjoyed at home as it would not break your bank.
