This lesson is about being safe in and around the water. You may want to share this Lesson with other people in your family especially before going to the pool, beach, water park, or any place where people are in the water.

An average of 10 people drown every day according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There's almost never any splashing, waving, or shouts for help.

​Even if you do not go into the water- you should always be aware of signs of trouble
