  • MP is a representative of a particular locality called a Constituency (valimisringkond)

​The Labour Party is the main centre-left political party. It is a social democratic party.

​The Conservative Party (informally as the Tory Party) is the main right wing, sometimes centre-right, political party in the United Kingdom.

The Prime Minister is usually the leader of the political party which wins most seats after a general election. There are 650 are available in the United Kingdom. Voters vote for their own local MP, not for the Prime Minister.

He previously served as Leader of the Opposition from 2020 to 2024. He has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Holborn and St Pancras since 2015, and was Director of Public Prosecutions from 2008 to 2013.
